Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
- Australia: 7–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
ElevatePlay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
